once again receive the prestigious “The Guide Awards 2016-2017” from the
Vietnam Economy Times. This is the 2nd consecutive year U Sapa

This year “The Guide

First held in 1999, “The Guide Award” is the annual prize of the Vietnam Economic Times (VET) & The Guide Magazine – a publication of VET, aimed at recognizing outstanding enterprises, companies, organizations and individuals that have had a great impact on the development of Vietnamese tourism The award is sponsored by the Tourism Authority, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Association as well as the Vietnam Economic Association and uses feedback from The Guide’s readers, journalists and collaborators.
The awards are given based
on the following criteria- infrastructure, service quality, clean green
environment, outstanding value in terms of aesthetics, culture, a positive
contribution to local tourism and by showing corporate social responsibility.
